After the death of her fiancé in a car accident, Rei, a freelance photographer, is given a photographying assignment to take pictures of a reportedly 'haunted house'. Upon taking a photograph within the house, the picture reveals the image of her deceased boyfriend. Rei slowly finds herself drawn into the "Manor of Sleep" that appears each night in her dreams. Her spiritual powers, lost after visiting Himuro Mansion, have returned after she has a dream about the Manor of sleep. She too falls under the curse, lured to the Manor by visions of her dead brother.
