Hey Kaido,

What was the name of the Abyss in Fatal Frame III?
- Emi

There were two Abysses in Fatal Frame III:
1. Where Amane was impaled was simply known as the Abyss.
2. The path or bridge that lead to the Chamber of Thorns was known as the Abyss of the Horizons. This is where you fight Reika.

Renaming files

Hey Kaido,

Next time, check with me before renaming files. I have to now go back and correct stuff cause they're not renamed properly. ^_^;;

MM: (name) - Mio's Memo file RN: (name) - Rei's notebook file

Example of files under multiple categories:

FF: News Clipping - News clipping from FF1, that shares the same name with files in other games. FFII: Red Notebook 1 - News clipping from FF2 (same as above) FFIII: Red Notebook 1 - News clipping from FF3 (same as above)

<:)

Thankyou for all your work!

Yes? xD (No really, I can't think of any pages to go for so I wait for you xD.) TEP 21:44, 4 September 2008 (MST) (Also, I'll have more time to do it now that I beat FF4 (literally 10 minutes ago). So...:P) TEP 21:51, 4 September 2008 (MST)

Yes please (I can't do it >.>) TEP 06:07, 15 September 2008 (MST)

German/other languages

Kaido,

Please don't change the categories. There is a reason they are written in another language, I'm trying to 'split' the wiki to diversify it language wise. :) So please don't change categories that are in other languages. There are a lot of other things to focus on rather than that. :) --Emi 06:24, 17 September 2008 (MST)

Mio's Memo

Hey Kaido,

There was a reason I wanted them listed...I couldn't remember if it made for easier lookup or NOT....was the main reason, but if you think it looks cluttered, that is fine just list Mio's Memo on the notes page. We'll have to do something similar with Ruka's phonecall log (and I think she also has notes?) eventually.

But do this ONLY for these collections. Notes like News Clipping 1 or Violet Diary 3, should be LEFT in the Notes category. The collections of these notes (Ie News Clippings, Violet Diary), should go in the Items category.

Thankyou as always --Emi 13:55, 23 September 2008 (MST)

Northwestern Japan Question

I know that Himuro Mansion was mentioned in the Mutsu region. Minakami wasn't. (someone's probably presuming). Although I've been trying to find the file that says exactly where Himuro is in the Mutsu region. --Emi 08:35, 1 October 2008 (MST)

Tengai

Thankyou for the clarificiation I saw and answered, but yeah, just cite the Carpentars go missing article just in case. (As long as we're sure that Tengai is being creditted as a 'carpentar' and not the head Builder etc. then you're right). --Emi 07:35, 2 October 2008 (MST)

German stuff

Neither am I, by a long way...but I know basics which tends to be mostly enough for a lot of it.

Using Talk Function

Quick note when using 'talk' function.
Mainly because we've all been talk page happy and such. :)

You will only get a notice in the wiki if someone has written on YOUR talk page. IE, if you are trying to RESPOND TO someone, you need to post your response in THEIR talk page.

For example

  1. Kaido and I are having a conversation, I will post a question in HIS talk box.
  2. To RESPOND to me, Kaido must post in MY talk box.

Otherwise, unless we're all stalking the recent update page, you won't get a notice that it was answered. :)

Hopefully this will clear up some confusion? :) --Emi 17:22, 2 November 2008 (MST)

Feedback

Hey gang,

I am working on a sort of a template to post on New User talk pages. So, since you all have worked on the wiki semi regularly, what sort of things would be helpful for you to know, as a new user, and what to be linked to, what did you find you had problems with understanding or you were a little intimidated by etc.

IS there anything helpful to link to (or type of pages to create) that would help explain things better.

Just give me a hollar on my talk page under the 'NEW MEMEBER FEEDBACK' section. :) Thanks guys!

Also, if you've seen something on another wiki that made you think 'hey! that's a cool idea' and we should add it, let me know that too! :) --Emi 10:16, 24 November 2008 (MST)
