I have two questions about this building.

Getsuyuu is a mental illness, did i get that right? Will be description of the rooms added in the future (or is intended)?

Yes, Getsuyuu Syndrome is the 'illness' that people are afflicted with in the game and most of it is mental. It's like the Tattoo Curse, as far as that it has both mental and some minor physical issues.
