One of the rooms within Rougetsu Hall occupied by patients of Getsuyuu Syndrome 10 years ago. Room #412 was Sakuya Haibara's room. The name on the door says "Hyougetsu", which means ice moon. Sakuya's room contains a vast collection of dolls (however, unlike Ayako's room, they're not in pieces).
