A ghost from Fatal Frame IV. Miyoshi served the Haibaras, and acted as a guard to the secret confinement cell/shrine in the basement of Rougetsu Hall. According to the ghost list, she enjoyed serving the Haibara family and loved to watch the Kagura.
When Sakuya Haibara broke out of confinement in 1972, Miyoshi fled to the tunnels beneath Rougetsu Island in an attempt to escape her. However, she was trapped, and Sakuya killed her; though it is likely she died of Blooming, it is never stated exactly what killed her.

- Miyoshi carries a torch and always attacks as part of a group, attacking alongside the other masked shrine guards.
