Limbo Woman, or Woman Slain by Kusabi in Fatal Frame: Deep Crimson Butterfly, is a ghost that appears in and around the Bloodstained Room of the Kurosawa House. She was alive at the time of The Repentance and was probably in the Great Hall of the Kurosawa House when the Kusabi attacked. She attempted to flee from the Kusabi, but was caught by him and had both of her arms torn off before being killed. She continues to roam the Kurosawa House in search of her missing arms.

• One missing arm can be found hanging in the open space in the Guest Room of the Kurosawa House. When Mio approaches it the Limbo Woman falls suddenly in front of her and then disappears. This only happens after clearing the game once.
• Since she lacks arms, her attack involves lunging at the player.
