Fatal Frame IV Character
Kaoru Sendou was the twin sister of Kageri Sendou and an inhabitant of Rougetsu Island, who died in an accident. According to her will, Kageri pushed her, which ultimately rendered her unable to walk. After Karou's death, her sister made a doll in her image, called "Watashi", which she treated as though it were Kaoru.
