While Beyond the Camera's Lens does try to keep the facts straight on everything Fatal Frame/Project Zero, there is one section that allows for the recording of speculative content in the wiki. This is the Theories section.

At no time should theories/specualtion be placed in other articles other than the theories section. (Unless they are confirmed to be "canon") For more information on what qualifies as "canon" information and what qualifies as speculation, see Help:Sources.

Fan Theories

Fan Theories are theories about the Fatal Frame/Project Zero Universe, its characters, events, locations, etc that were created by fans.

Theory articles are the proper home for all fan theories. Bear in mind that theory articles are still articles, and not a free-for-all debate. Aka, no fighting in the theories section. List the pros, list the cons, that's all that needs to be done.

Guidlines for Theories

• Follow normal formatting
• Follow the style guidelines of the 零Wiki. Use third person perspective, avoid comments such as "I believe" or "My theory".
• Add links where appropriate as for other articles
• Do not add personal comments or sign Theory pages.
• Do not remove information from theory articles because you personally disagree or do not believe he theory is plausible. The theory articles are reporting on existing fan theories...they are not to be used as a place to show support or critique of them.
• Do not remove theories unless they are conclusively disproved by a canon source.
• If you have information that either supports or refutes a theory, add it to the correct column in the theory's entry. (Remember to use bullet templates {{plus}},{{minus}} or {{note}} )
