Here's a quick easy guide how to read the Recent Changes page on the wiki. This page is updated constantly whenever a user makes a change or edit to the wiki; nomatter how large or small the edit may be.

How to read edits

Normal edits

Using the above as an example:

• 7 May 2009 - date the edit was done.
• (diff) - shows the different changes that have been made between the most recent edit and the edit before that.
• (hist) - shows the listing of the complete history of a page aka, all edits and revisions done to it.
• Help:Navigation - Name of article that has been edited.
• 13:24 - Time the article was edited.
• (+14) - 14 characters were added to the article.
• Emi - User who edited the article
• (Talk|contribs|block)

Talk - clicking this will go to the User's talk page

contribs - clicking this will take you to a list of all the edits the user has done to the wiki.

block - function for sysops only, it blocks the user from making further edits. (Only used in cases of massive trolling/spamming to the wiki)

• (->Page Tabs) - section of Help:Navigation that was edited.

Another example of an edit:

• (diff) - shows the different changes that have been made between the most recent edit and the edit before that.

• m (can also show up as N) - minor edit has been done to the page. In the case of an N, it means the page is New.
• Strangling Ritual - Name of article that has been edited.
• 06:10 - Time when the article was modified
• (-169) - 169 characters were subtracted from the article.
• Haraezuki - User who edited the article
• (Talk|contribs|block)

Image Edit

Example of an image upload:

• (Upload log) - Log similar to Recent Changes which specifically lists only image uploads to the wiki.
• 13:36 - Time image was uploaded to the wiki.
• Emi - User who uploaded the image.
• (Talk|contribs|block)
