Hanging Twins

The "Hanging Twins" are twin girls who appear for less than a second in a vision that Mayu Amakura and Mio Amakura share when they first enter the Osaka House in Minakami Village. They apparently committed suicide by hanging themselves in a hallway of Kurosawa House. Nothing is known about them, but their brief appearance has given rise to many Fan Theories about their identity.

- The Hanging Twins resemble the Kiryu Twins, and are wearing the same clothes.
