A clinic in Tokyo owned by You Haibara. When You left Rougetsu Island, he used his clinic to continue subjecting patients to medical experiments. Several of these patients died, attracting the attention of the police. The police then raided the clinic, but Haibara had already returned to Rougetsu Island to hide out. Choushiro Kirishima, one of the officers that searched the clinic, followed him back to the island.
