There is one issue to report about a patient.
Recently, I've observed a significant change in the condition of Magaki from Room 309.
Problematic behaviour has increased. For example he grins as if obsessed by something and sometimes suddenly cries out in a loud voice.
Yesterday after lights-out, he suddenly started to scream, so I ran to him. When I got there he turned to me, grabbed me and started to shout strange words at me like "eradication" and "destruction".
Furthermore, there has been a dramatic change in the paintings he creates.
He keeps drawing this sinister-looking woman, and there is no doubt that this woman is the patient from the Isolation Ward.
Why is Magaki drawing pictures of this woman?
To me it seems like an omen for that "person without a face" to awaken.
